About GoalieBook

GoalieBook is goalie clinic registration software for goalie coaches, hockey academies, and associations. It gives you one roster for clinic registration and payments, in place of Google Forms, e-transfer notes, and spreadsheet cross-checks.

Who builds it

Hi, I'm Kenzie Campbell, and I build and run GoalieBook myself. Two of my sons are goalies, so every camp and clinic meant filling out the same Google Form twice, retyping the same details, and sending e-transfers without knowing if they landed. When I talked with the coaches running those clinics, I found their side was worse: serious training businesses run on forms, e-transfers, and late-night spreadsheet cross-checks.

GoalieBook fixes both sides. Families save each goalie once, and coaches get one roster where payments match up on their own. When you email, you get me, and I'll personally help you get set up.

GoalieBook is built by Route 19, my software company. I also built RinkBook, ice time scheduling and invoicing software that rinks have relied on for years.

Where it's at

GoalieBook is in early access and free for founding coaches. You'll see and approve any future pricing before paying anything. Card payments go through Stripe straight to your own bank account, and you can export your roster as a CSV anytime.
